We also have a few organisations offering advice and support around employment, mental health, ante-natal group, general health and wellbeing and other things happening. If you can't see it listed, get in touch and ask, if we don't do it we probably know someone who does.

with our half hour sessions. Meditation, or Choir from Scratch. Take some time out. each session is strictly timed to half an hour so it fits in with your lunchbreak.
