We've just finished the home run for our redevelopment. Over the last 8 years we've raised over £1million to make the building watertight and upgrade the community rooms and cafe. This last phase, with the support of Big Lottery and other funders, has meant we have been able to finish the main hall and build some additional rooms. This new space will enable us to offer more training, work with young people, develop more well-being activities and help reduce the isolation many people face. This has going to cost us around £560,00. The good news is that we have a grant from the BIG Lottery-Reaching Communities of £499,000 and have raised the balance of fund through a combination of very generous trust funds and hard work fundraising locally.
